In late 2004, I had a serious auto accident. I was unable to open my mail and handle my personal affairs for nearly 6 months. My credit card interest rates soared and not one creditor was willing to reduce the rates down to where they were before I was injured. I did settle of few of them, but, I no longer have the means to pay back that which I borrowed due to my circumstances. I understand that I have a judgment and will soon have another lawsuit filed against me. My wages are being garnished 25% and now I'm being more strapped. I have a moderate cognitive disability, so, processing information, and sometimes even speaking is difficult. I would like to pay something, but, I no longer have the means to pay everyone that which I owe because I won't live that long. Everyday when I awake, I hope that it's all been a bad dream since my auto accident in 2004, but, I don't believe it is. I'm on anti-seizure meds, Alzheimer meds, and around 8 other for depression, etc. I actually had some luck with program called the "Debt Reduction Program" with Emillio Francisco Law Offices. But, to this date, they have nopt been able to provide me with how they spent the $17,000 plus that I paid to them to reach settlements on my behalf. So, I'm somewhat leary. They also set up a plan that took every cent of my take-home wages and I didn't have a dollar to my name to even buy food and gas. They were non-responsive, so, we mutually parted ways. I need someone to assist me who is compassionate or understand traumatic brain injuries since I've had 12 concussions. Thank you.

I am 26 years old and just seen my credit report for the first time and dosnt look good. I have three kids 12,5,and 4 and a wife to be.
